      Yes, they do. Grab bars have a 1 year-warranty for parts and installation, while mechanical products such as stairlifts, porch lifts, elevators and ceiling lifts come with a 6-month labor warranty from Home2stay. For product warranty, these are different based on the terms of the manufacturer. Contact us to inquire about specific products.

      If you are looking for simple accessibility solutions such as grab bars, tub cuts, safety poles and bars, we can get them to you in a day or two via the Home2stay Express service.

      Simply fill up the Home2stay booking form and one of our teammates will get back to you within 4 business hours. You only need to pay after installation is done!

      Our ASSESSMENT is worth $150, but we are currently offering it for FREE.

      The assessment is usually done in your place, but for your convenience, we can also do it via a video call.       This is how the FREE ASSESSMENT works:

      We recommend an annual preventive maintenance (PMS) for mechanical accessibility equipment, such as stair lifts, vertical porch lifts (VPL), elevators, ceiling lifts, automotive solutions, bath lifters, etc. To schedule your annual PMS, please call us at 604.259.1211 or email us at info@home2stay.ca.

      You may also leave us an INQUIRY FORM by clicking the button on the upper right corner of every page or by going to our CONTACT US page.

      Items available for monthly rental are: ramps (modular, folding, threshold), shower bays, bath lifts, and ceiling track lift motors.

      Straight stair lifts are available for minimum of 4 months rental.

      STEPS:

      1. Check the list of items available for rental.

      2. Call Home2stay at 604.259.1211 or submit a FREE ASSESSMENT FORM.

      3. Wait for your installation schedule.

      4. Pay for the following upon installation: setup fees, removal fees, first month rental fee. Succeeding periods will be automatically charged monthly via your preferred payment method.

      Installation can take a minimum of 2 hours for simpler projects such as grab bars and tub cuts, and as long as 8 hours for more complicated works. Length of time varies from job to job.

      Straight Stair Lifts- 2 to 4 hours

      Curved Stair Lifts- 4 to 6 hours

      Ceiling Track Lifts- 5 to 8 hours

      Automotive Solutions- 2 to 8 hours

      Access Ramps- 2 to 4 hours

      We accept the following modes of payment:

      a. Credit card (VISA, Mastercard) - For your convenience, we can process your credit card online. Please ask us for the encrypted payment link.

      b. Debit card & cash payments - Please visit our office for processing.

      c. Cheques - Payable to Home2stay Accessibility Ltd.

      d. E-transfers - Please send to accounting@home2stay.ca

      Yes, our technicians and/or salesperson will give you, your caregiver, or the user/s a comprehensive introduction to the operation and maintenance of the equipment. Additional training can be requested if the main user or caregiver is not on site after the installation is completed. This can also be done via video call, for your convenience.

      We will do our best to go over everything at the end of each installation, to ensure that you know how to use the products safely and accurately.

      Though some semi-permanent installations such as folding / short ramps, threshold ramps and suction grab bars are simpler to install and can be installed by anyone, most other accessibility / mobility equipment should be installed by a certified or experienced technician to ensure the safety of the user.
