We had ordered 2 types of bars to be installed in a small ensuite bathroom. The technician was very accommodating and checked with me before installing one of the bars which would have limited the ability to move easily in the bathroom, and he was able to suggest an alternative which we considered. We will contact them again when we need more accessibility renovations to the bathroom and around the house.
